My goal is to pass the Euro Test. A gruelling times Giant Slalom ski exam. In order to do this I need to learn to race down a Giant Slalom run with great precision and speed.
Follow me trying to massively improve my ski fitness and strength, through a structured fitness program, planned nutrition, using technology and improving my range of motion.
As well as improving my fitness the speed of my skies will also be fundamental. Learning and improving the way I wax and edge skies is also key.
